The Optimum House is a customisable high quality private house that we’ll replan especially for your needs and erect on your plot anywhere in Europe and even beyond. 
It has been designed by worldwide renowned architect Robert Konieczny, KWK Promes, under the principles of sustainable architecture, with a team of authors who optimise each case, i.e. catering to a specific location and occupants, the architectural solutions and energy concept of the building, and in particular the following of its parameters:
